Lawyer by trade, MBA,  Master in Family Law from the Universidad de Barcelona, majoring in Family Business. A passion for ongoing betterment and training, combined with an avid interest to discover the best practices and methods for Conflict Resolution, prompted Marianela to specialize in Compliance and Arbitration, principally focusing on the corporate environment. 

Graduated in Neuromanagement, Marianela is a member of Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Tucumán Mediators and Director of Lograrmas, a Mediation Training Institution under the auspices of the Argentine Ministry of Justice.
